Hospitality Supervisor

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences? We're looking for a proactive and organised Hospitality Supervisor to lead our hospitality operations at Hartpury. From large-scale sporting and equine events to formal dinners and private functions, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact.

Location: Hartpury, GL19 3BE
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 5 over 7 days including weekends and shift work
Salary: £26,464.68 per annum
Working Weeks: 52 weeks per year

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate hospitality staff to maintain high standards of service
  • Manage hospitality bookings and liaise with clients to ensure all requirements are met
  • Coordinate events using internal systems and booking portals
  • Lead the setup and delivery of events, from casual fixtures to formal occasions
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during events, resolving queries and issues
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and manage resources efficiently
  • Collaborate with catering, events, and facilities teams for seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing service enhancements

This role requires an Enhanced DBS check due to the nature of the site and responsibilities.
