• Understanding of current hospital Technical Memorandum.
• Significant experience within a maintenance environment, post apprenticeship.
• Hospital experience required.

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance repairs and planned preventative maintenance.
• Supervise a team to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
