• Proven experience as a Supervisor/Head Chef in a similar large scale organisation.
• Working knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (H.A.C.C.P.) Procedures.
• Experience in planning and organising hospital patient feeding functions.

Responsibilities

• Organise and run all aspects of the kitchen.
