Job Description

The Customer Service Specialist provides vital support across all departments of the dealership and serves as a key point of contact for customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner
  • Gathering information from callers and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Logging missed calls for Service Advisors and Sales Consultants
  • Serving as a Greeter for incoming showroom customers
  • Assisting customers with basic technology training (e.g., Bluetooth, infotainment systems, app setup)
  • Supporting the Sales Team during vehicle deliveries and after-sale experiences
  • Representing the dealership with a helpful and courteous attitude at all times
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
