Homeownership Accounts Team Administration Officer needed in SE London

The rate is £18.26ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be dealing with queries from the customers about their service charge accounts, setting up & managing payment plans and chasing arrears, including making referrals for legal action.
  • They will be assisting the Accounts Officers to manage non-technical correspondence and queries from homeowners and responding to e-forms where appropriate including sending out statements and breakdowns.
