Summary
Position: Domiciliary Care Home Care Worker; DRIVER NEEDED WITH OWN VEHICLE; SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE
Flexible shifts are available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Sunday, under a zero-hour contract.
To be considered for this position, you must have access to your own vehicle and a valid UK driver’s licence. For this position, sponsorship is available.

- Full‑Time Contract: 37.5 hours or more per week (depending on business requirements)

What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with personal care activities, such as clothing, grooming, showering, and using the restroom, while preserving their comfort and dignity.
- Support Daily Living: Assist clients with everyday tasks like shopping, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and food preparation.
- Provide Companionship: Help clients feel less alone and more connected by offering them emotional support and company.
- Perform Wellbeing Checks: To make sure clients feel secure, at ease, and have their needs satisfied, conduct wellbeing checks on a regular basis.
- Assure Compliance: Follow all corporate guidelines, such as those concerning client confidentiality, health and safety, and standards of care.
- Participate in team meetings and exchange ideas to improve our care procedures and service offerings in order to contribute to continuous improvement.
What We Are Seeking
