Job Overview

As a Home Care Worker, you’ll support people of all ages with personal care, medication and meal preparation, household tasks and daily routines, encouraging independence and companionship.

Roles Offered

With 6 months of experience you also have the opportunity to work in:

• Complex Care – supporting individuals with conditions such as spinal injuries, neurological disorders, and respiratory needs. Training includes tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, postural support, and more.
• Children’s Support – providing personal care, emotional support, and daily assistance for children and young people with complex needs.
• Mental Health Support – offering practical and emotional support to help individuals manage routines, reduce isolation, and build confidence.

Eligibility & Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends.
• Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required.
• For Complex Care, Children’s or Mental Health duties we require at least 6 months of hands‑on UK care experience.

Pay Rates

£13.00–£14.50 per hour (depending on the level). Domiciliary Care £13–£13.50; Complex Care £14–£14.50.
