A leading support services organization is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver its people strategy and support business objectives. The successful candidate will lead strategic HR projects, manage complex employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies. The ideal person will have CIPD Level 7 or equivalent and strong knowledge of employment law, particularly TUPE and redundancy. This is a senior role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. The position offers a remote base with national travel in the South of England.
