Job summary

A leading support services organization is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver its people strategy and support business objectives. The successful candidate will lead strategic HR projects, manage complex employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies. The ideal person will have CIPD Level 7 or equivalent and strong knowledge of employment law, particularly TUPE and redundancy. This is a senior role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. The position offers a remote base with national travel in the South of England.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in generalist HR at a senior level, preferably in the care sector.
• Experience in handling complex employee relations issues.
• Skilled in coaching and training managers on HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of the People Plan to meet business goals.
• Ensure HR policies are compliant and up to date.
• Oversee change initiatives like TUPE transfers.
• Produce insightful HR reports and analyse trends.
