Qualifications

  • Must have a registered nursing qualification.
  • Experience at Practitioner Band 5 level required.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to act as a role model.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake specialist assessments and interventions independently.
  • Provide specialist advice in managing patient care.
  • Respond to patients in crisis and conduct holistic assessments.
  • Devise and implement care programmes for multidisciplinary teams.
