A vibrant primary school is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a specialism in Speech & Language. This full-time role involves delivering targeted therapy sessions for young learners and providing HLTA cover across classes. The ideal candidate will have HLTA status and experience working with children in the primary curriculum. Contract: Permanent, Term-Time Only
Hours: 35.5hrs (8:30am – 4:00pm; 8:30am – 4:30pm on Wednesdays – half hour lunch)
Salary: S01 points 23 – 25 (pro rata)

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a specialism in Speech & Language to join our supportive team. In this unique role, you will deliver targeted speech, language, and communication therapy sessions in the mornings, primarily working with EYFS and KS1 pupils. Afternoons will involve providing HLTA cover across classes for PPA time, contributing to the broader learning environment at Clapgate.
