Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Full-Time | 5 Days per Week

Location: Secondary Schools across Croydon

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a network of inclusive and supportive secondary schools in Croydon. This is a full-time position (5 days per week), ideal for an experienced HLTA who is passionate about supporting young people and keen to progress their career in education.

The Role
  • Deliver planned lessons and cover classes when required
  • Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, including small group and one-to-one support
  • Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to promote positive learning outcomes
  • Contribute to a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
  • Support students with diverse needs, including SEN and behavioural support where appropriate
