Tradewind are seeking committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join Inclusion teams within secondary schools in Bristol. This is a great opportunity to support students with learning, behavioural, communication, social, sensory, or physical challenges.
The role involves working closely with teachers to support teaching, learning, and assessment. You will deliver tailored learning activities, assist with planning and monitoring, encourage student engagement, lead interventions, and contribute to curriculum development.

Have you got any of the following:
Experience supporting young people, ideally in a school
Level 2/3 or 4 TA qualification (or equivalent); a TA Foundation Degree

Requirements:
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS check, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks
Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history
