Overview

3D Personnel is working with a reputable FM solutions organisation looking for an experienced and dependable Maintenance Engineer to join a residential development in South West London. In this static-site role, you\'ll focus on servicing, maintaining, and repairing Heat Interface Units (HIUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) — no travel between sites is required.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine servicing and fault diagnosis of HIUs and FCUs
  • Complete repairs promptly and to a high standard
  • Keep detailed records of work completed and service logs
  • Follow safety regulations and site protocols
  • Communicate effectively with residents about planned and completed work
  • Work closely with site management to prioritise maintenance tasks
  • Respond swiftly to reactive issues and service requests
Skills and Experience
  • Experience working with HIUs and FCUs in residential properties

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Friday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
