A local government authority in Nottingham is seeking a highly organized Highway Safety Inspector to join their Highway Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing roads and infrastructure, conducting safety inspections, and reporting on hazards. Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Worker Type: Hybrid Worker
Salary: Starting Salary is £36,363 (Level one) rising to £39,152 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
Location: Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Highways Safety Inspector to join our Highway Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a high-performing project team delivering vital highway maintenance across Nottingham City.
As a Highway Safety Inspector, you will play an integral role in assessing roads and related infrastructure to identify defects and hazards and ensure they meet our relevant safety standards for the public.
