Pay Rate: £98.94 - £114.84 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are looking for a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming school in Gainsborough, where you will support teaching, guide learning, and help pupils reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting teachers with the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
  • Stepping in to lead whole-class sessions when required.
  • Offering personalised support to individuals and small groups, including pupils with SEN.
  • Observing, recording, and sharing pupil progress with teaching staff.
  • Contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and positive school environment.
Requirements
  • HLTA status or relevant experience supporting teaching and learning at a higher level is desirable.
  • EYFS – KS2 experience required.
  • ECTs welcome to apply.
  • Strong behaviour management and lesson delivery skills.
  • Ability to support a broad range of curriculum areas.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • A full CV covering the last 10 years, with all gaps explained.
