Overview

Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) | Location: Cleethorpes | Pay Rate: £98.94 - £114.84 per day (Depending on experience) | Start Date: Immediate | Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term, Part-time / Full-time

Responsibilities

• Delivering planned lessons to whole classes during teacher absence.
• Supporting the preparation and delivery of high-quality lessons.
• Leading small group and one-to-one interventions to boost learning progress.
• Monitoring and recording pupil progress, offering feedback to staff and pupils.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised HLTA qualification or have substantial relevant experience.
• EYFS – KS2 experience required.
• ECTs welcome to apply.
• Have proven experience supporting teaching and learning across Key Stages.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Be adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Hold an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
• Provide a full, 10-year career history (CV) with any gaps explained.
