Job summary

A local driving recruitment agency is seeking experienced Category C (HGV2) drivers in Milton Keynes. The role involves delivering materials across southern England. Applicants must hold a valid Category C license, Driver CPC, and digital tachograph cards. Pay rates range from £17.00 to £19.00 per hour, depending on the contract. Newly passed drivers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• At least one-year Category C driving experience is preferred but not compulsory.
• Must hold valid Driver CPC and Digital tachograph cards.
• Must be reliable.
• Must have good timekeeping skills as delivery drop may be timed.
• Must be physically fit as heavy lifting can be involved.
• Willingness to work hard.

Job description

We are looking for experienced Category C (HGV2) drivers to work at a number of our prestigious customers based in and around the Milton Keynes area.

If you live in Milton Keynes, Bletchley & the surrounding area's and would like to be part of a forward driven business then this position is perfect for you!!

Job duties will include driving Category C (HGV2) Vehicles in a safe and compliant manner whilst delivering various materials and supplies to customers based all over the south of England. Deliveries vary depending on the Customer.

We are looking for HGV 2 delivery drivers with the following attributes:

• Must hold a valid UK Category C license with no more than 6 points.


• At least one-year Category C driving Experience is preferred but not compulsory. Newly passed drivers are welcome!


• Must hold valid Driver CPC and Digital tachograph cards.


• Must be reliable.


• Must have good Timekeeping skills as delivery drop MAY be timed.


• Must be physically fit (Heavy lifting can sometimes be involved depending on contract)


• Willingness to work hard

Pay rates are from £17.00 - £19.00 per hour are paid PAYE through our payroll(rates of pay vary depending on the contract).
