• Previous experience in a supervisory/team leader role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for job allocation to the team of technicians.
• Conduct vehicle QC checking and spot checks.
• Work with transport departments on vehicle availability.
• Prioritize work to meet business demands.
• Ensure cost control on parts and maintenance.
• Carry out equipment checks in line with policy.
• Manage health and safety, near miss reporting.
