Employee Health & Wellbeing (EHW) Advisor – Part time

Coverage: Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leominster, Uttoxeter.

24 hours per week.

Solicitor – Full time

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to join our team. With a market-leading salary, a great work-life balance and excellent benefits, you'll be based at our fantastic offices in the vibrant town centre of Dewsbury or Rugeley.

• Manage and progress a full and varied caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring all work is completed to a high professional standard.
• Provide clear, practical, and sound legal advice to clients.
• Handle client matters from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring excellent client communication and service delivery throughout.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with SRA, CQS, and other regulatory requirements at all times.
• Maintain accurate file management and record-keeping in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
• Supervise and support junior fee earners, trainees, and paralegals where required.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking, client relationship management, and maintaining referral sources.
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation, case law, and professional developments within the practice area.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support the firm's strategic and client service objectives.
