A recruitment agency is currently looking for Class 2 Delivery Drivers in Sheffield. This role involves covering deliveries from a depot to various commercial and domestic locations. Candidates must hold a HGV 2 entitlement, a digital tachograph card, and a valid CPC card. Weekday shifts start at 06:00 and compensation is £19.96 per hour for Monday to Fridays, with shifts lasting around 10 hours.

Job description

Overview

We are currently looking for Class 2 Delivery drivers to work out of a distribution yard in Sheffield.

Responsibilities

• Cover deliveries leaving from the depot in Intake, Sheffield to Commercial and Domestic properties in and around South Yorkshire.
• On arrival, perform vehicle checks and have all relevant paperwork completed before making deliveries.
• Return to the Depot in Intake and debrief with the transport office.

• Our client will welcome drivers with less than 6 months experience

Employment Details

This is an Adhoc role. This role is weekday work with start times of 06:00.

Compensation

Monday to Fridays are paid at £19.96 ph or £16.00 per hour PAYE, with shifts expected to last 10 hours.
