The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the heritage sector or relevant construction sectors. Responsibilities include tender management, costing, and stakeholder consultation. A construction-related degree or HNC/HND along with a valid CSCS Card is required. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment on interesting projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in relevant construction sectors.
• Valid CSCS Card required.
• Experience in the heritage sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review tender information to understand project requirements.
• Prepare and send out enquiries to obtain competitive quotes.
• Meet with clients, surveyors, and architects on site.
