Job summary

A technology solutions provider near Aldershot is seeking a Helpdesk Engineer. In this role, you will provide remote and onsite support to clients, resolve hardware and software issues, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has over 1 year's experience in IT support and knowledge of Microsoft products. A driving license and own vehicle are highly desired.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years' experience providing IT support.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Desktops and Windows Server.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
