Job Opportunity / Hearing Care Provider / Aberdeen, WA

As a Hearing Care Provider, you will be at the forefront of patient care, delivering life‑changing hearing solutions to individuals with hearing loss. You will manage the entire patient process, from conducting comprehensive hearing tests to fitting state‑of‑the‑art hearing instruments, ensuring each patient receives an outstanding experience.

Key Duties
  • Patient Care: Conduct thorough hearing evaluations, including sound field, air and bone conduction, SRT, LDL, MCL, and speech testing.
  • Hearing Solutions: Recommend and fit hearing instruments tailored to each patient's unique hearing needs and lifestyle.
  • Follow‑Up Care: Provide ongoing patient support, including regular check‑ups and maintenance care to ensure long‑term satisfaction throughout the hearing aid purchase process.
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage assistant staff and maintain a professional work environment.
  • Financial Performance: Ensure the clinic meets financial goals and tracks the success of marketing initiatives.
