East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking dedicated Rhode Island-licensed Providers to join our Federally Qualified Health Centers in East Providence, Barrington, and Newport, Rhode Island. About Us

Our integrated health centers provide comprehensive healthcare services to East Bay residents. As part of our mission-driven team, you'll help deliver high-quality, accessible health services that empower our patients to achieve their fullest potential.

Your Role

As an EBCAP provider, you will:

  • Deliver expert medical care focused on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services across all age groups
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients about their health journey
  • Collaborate with specialists for complex cases requiring additional expertise
  • Lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals including PAs, nurses, and medical assistants
  • Contribute to our integrated care model that addresses the whole person
Qualifications
  • MD (allopathic) or DO (osteopathic), FNP, or PA degree
  • Current Rhode Island medical license or eligibility
  • DEA registration and RI Controlled Substance License (or ability to obtain)
  • Commitment to community health

Preferred

  • Board Certification in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (or defined path to certification)
