First Option Healthcare is currently recruiting for a compassionate & proactive Healthcare Assistant to join the rapidly growing team! Here at FOH we have got a great opportunity to work one on one with patients in their family homes. This role is based in Chelmsford and the client is a 14 year old female.

Responsibilities
  • Using complex care equipment and carrying out complex care procedures
  • Supporting clients outside of the home where required, e.g., medical appointments, school shifts
  • Caring for patients within their own home and building a rapport with family members
  • Ensure care plans and other information are followed and any changes are escalated to clinical leads efficiently and safely
Requirements / Experience
  • HCA / Carer with experience working with adults or children with the following: Tracheostomy, Suctioning, Enteral feeding - MIC-KEY Button, PEG, Non-verbal, PICC Line
  • Shift Patterns and Times
Shift Patterns and Times
  • Day Shifts – Monday-Friday (07:00 - 16:30)
  • Nights – Tuesday and Friday NIGHTS (19:45 - 07:00)
