We are looking for high caliber, motivated and enthusiastic health care assistants who are keen to develop their career on Whitby ward. • Assisting qualified staff by undertaking personal care duties for patients.
• Reporting the patient condition to qualified staff.
• Undertaking delegated work of the multidisciplinary team to assist in the provision of individualised planned patient care under indirect supervision. Care tasks may include managing the day-to-day needs of patients by providing help with personal care, meals and mobility.
• Working as part of a team which supports the operation of the ward 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will therefore be required to work shifts including nights, days and weekends
