Job summary

A community-focused health organization is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. In this role, you'll support individuals facing substance misuse challenges, working collaboratively in a supportive environment. Qualifications

  • Experience of working within substance misuse or a social care setting would be an advantage but not essential.

  • Working closely with your Nursing team to develop pathways to care.

  • Support service users in opiate and alcohol interventions within a hospital setting.

  • Support on harm reduction interventions along with physical and mental health assessments.

  • Keeping the people who use our services at the heart of everything you do.

  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.

  • Experience of working within substance misuse or a social care setting would be an advantage but not essential.

  • A clear understanding of the need for and ability to deliver quality services.

  • Good organisational skills.

  • Confidence to work on own initiative as well as part of the team.

  • Communicate confidently and effectively, verbally and in writing.

  • Respond flexibly to the demands of the post.

  • It is desirable that you have a full UK driving license as travel within Norfolk will be required for this role.

Location & Salary

Where: Kings Lynn (Queen Elizabeth Hospital), Norfolk

Hours: full time, 37.5 hours per week

Full Time Salary: £25,077-£26,502 dependent on experience (based on full time working hours, pro rata if part time).

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part‑time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
