This is a position for a Healthcare Assistant to work in a 16-bed specialist rehabilitation service for women with mental illness and/or personality disorder. Location: Chesterfield Road, Alfreton, Derbyshire DE55 7DT. You will be working at Field House and Apartments – a 16-bed specialist rehabilitation service for women with mental illness and/or personality disorder. The service blends traditional rehabilitation with single and dual occupancy apartments to support a seamless care pathway. There is a strong emphasis on positive risk-taking to promote self-reliance, trust, and self-esteem, with a focus on psychological input.
