Make your mark for patients. We are looking for a Healthcare & Access Partner to join us in our UK & Ireland Dermatology team, to be field based covering South Central England.

About the role

Amplifies and strengthens the matching of UCB therapeutic options with appropriate patients in assigned accounts and territory through strong collaborative relationships with key healthcare professionals.

Who you'll work with

You will report into the Ecosystem Lead - South for our Dermatology franchise.

What you'll do
  • Acts as a single point of contact for healthcare professionals by applying deep knowledge of UCB solutions and connecting the right resource at the right time.
  • Tailors omni-channel tools to impact healthcare professionals based on individual preferences.
  • Defines and executes an impactful tactical plan within the territory of responsibility.
  • Supports independent healthcare professionals to provide optimal care, acting as an efficient point of contact.
  • Coordinates stakeholder management in a community-based environment through two-way interactions with healthcare professionals.
  • Establishes strong business relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Matches UCB therapeutic options by understanding the patient populations of targeted healthcare professionals and deploying tailored communication and tools.
Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare management experience, e.g., ABPI examination.
  • Successful track record in key account/project management and influencing healthcare customers.
  • Experience and knowledge of relevant disease areas such as Dermatology and Immunology.
  • Knowledge of the NHS at national and sub-national levels, with in-depth disease, market, and competitive intelligence expertise.
