Job description

Do you want to help people with long-term health conditions feel more confident, informed, and in control of their wellbeing?

We’re looking for a proactive Health & Wellbeing Facilitator to join our Bromley team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll support residents living with long‑term conditions to build the knowledge, skills, and motivation they need to manage their health more independently.

You’ll help deliver engaging self‑management workshops, run condition‑specific support groups, and work closely with colleagues and volunteers to make sure residents get the right support at the right time. If you enjoy empowering people, collaborating with partners, and creating positive change, this could be the ideal fit.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:
At Age UK Bromley & Greenwich, you’ll join a supportive and energised team that’s genuinely committed to helping people live well with long‑term health conditions. You’ll have the space to be creative in how you design and deliver workshops, the opportunity to build strong connections with residents across the borough, and the satisfaction of seeing people grow in confidence as they take charge of their health.

You’ll also benefit from structured support, hybrid working options, generous annual leave, a pension scheme, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme, all part of our commitment to your wellbeing and development.
