A national health service organization in Scotland is looking for motivated Health Visitors to join the Tayside Health Visiting Service in Angus. Candidates can be experienced or newly qualified. This role offers opportunities for professional development, with access to training and mentorship. You must possess current UK NMC registration or be nearing completion of your qualification, contributing to an excellent health visiting service for families in the community. We are currently seeking to recruit dynamic Health Visitors to join the Tayside Health Visiting Service based in Angus. This is an exciting opportunity to share your current skills, knowledge and leadership qualities and welcome all applicants, experienced, newly qualified, or soon to be qualified Health Visitors.
The Tayside Health Visiting Service delivers a service to a varied demographic population in both rural and urban localities across Tayside. Our teams strive to deliver an excellent service to Children, and their families living in our community in line with the National Universal Health Visiting Pathway, utilising the GIRFEC national approach and working in close collaboration with a range of multiagency and third sector partners.
As a Health Visitor in Tayside, you will be given opportunities to further develop your career, receive regular management and child protection supervision, with access to excellent internal and external training. We offer all newly qualified Health Visitors a tailored preceptorship and mentorship program.
You must be a registered SCPHN (Health Visiting) with current UK NMC registration or due to complete the qualification within the next three months.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register.
