Are you passionate about keeping people safe and creating a positive, secure environment? We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, curious, and ready to make a real impact across our campuses.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll be right at the heart of ensuring our college is safe, compliant, and welcoming. From supporting staff with risk assessments and training, to helping manage site audits, trips, equipment checks and wellbeing assessments, you’ll make a big difference to the everyday experience of students and staff.

What you’ll do:
  • Give clear, practical safety advice to staff across the college
  • Support audits, risk assessments and safety checks
  • Help deliver essential H&S training like First Aid and Evacuation Warden
  • Maintain accurate safety records and support incident reporting
  • Work closely with Estates, curriculum teams and others to keep our sites safe
What we’re looking for:
  • Great communication skills and confidence working with all kinds of people
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can‑do attitude
  • Ability to stay calm, organised and focused in busy moments
  • Willingness to train — including First Aid and IOSH/NEBOSH
  • Level 2 English, Maths and ICT (or willingness to achieve)
  • A genuine commitment to safety, wellbeing and safeguarding
