A prominent charitable foundation in Camden Town is looking for an experienced Health and Safety Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive health and safety strategy. You will oversee policies and incident management, ensuring a safe environment for all. Ideal candidates will have relevant certifications and proven senior experience in health and safety. This role supports hybrid working arrangements and promotes a diverse and inclusive workplace.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety Lead to join the People team to develop and implement a comprehensive health and safety strategy. The Health and Safety Lead will be responsible for a comprehensive review of policies, systems and procedures in line with legislative requirements, incident management, auditing and governance across both office and public facing environments to ensure a safe environment for staff, visitors, and contractors at Wellcome.

At Wellcome we have a hybrid way of working which is 3 days in our Euston Road offices (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office. Due to the nature of this role you may be required to be in the office on additional days.
