Qualifications

  • Experience in health & safety within waste, logistics, construction, manufacturing, or high-risk environments.
  • At least 3 years of health & safety experience.
  • Preferably working towards the NEBOSH Diploma.

We are seeking a regional Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading industrial processing organisation. You’ll be covering approximately 40 sites throughout East Anglia and Kent. The company is a global business with a large UK SHEQ team, offering excellent career progression, promotion, and exposure to diverse projects. You will provide high-quality health & safety support to operational sites, facilities, and locations, ensuring the successful implementation of the company's Health & Safety strategy.

The Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Supporting site teams in implementing group health & safety procedures.
  • Engaging with local enforcement authorities on health & safety issues.
  • Assisting in the compilation of health & safety management arrangements to maintain ISO accreditation.
  • Providing health & safety coaching across all operational levels.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in health & safety within waste, logistics, construction, manufacturing, or high-risk environments.
  • At least 3 years of health & safety experience.
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent, preferably working towards the NEBOSH Diploma.
