A leading healthcare provider in Crewe is looking for a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join their multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide patient care, assist with procedures, and conduct STI screenings in an integrated sexual health service. Ideal candidates should hold NVQ level 3 or equivalent. Training is available for those without prior experience. The role requires flexibility for various shifts and occasional travel. Competitive salary and supportive induction offered.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 3 HCA to join our friendly, enthusiastic, and committed team. The large multidisciplinary team covers East Cheshire, providing Integrated Sexual Health and Contraception services under our new brand “Axess”.
Experienced HCA’s will be considered for a band 3 position if they hold an NVQ level 3 or equivalent, a national care certificate, have IT skills, and have experience of working within a sexual health/contraception service.
Candidates without experience will be considered; all training can be provided.
The role is based at the Crewe site. Applicants may be required to travel on occasion to other locations throughout East Cheshire and be flexible to work a range of early and evening shifts.
We offer a structured induction plan and on-going supportive preceptorship using our whole team, consisting of our HCA team, assistant practitioner, band 6 and 7 specialist nurses, specialist doctors, and consultants. We are committed to developing the successful applicants, providing support and on-going training.
