Overview

We are looking to recruit a Band 3 Health Care Assistant to work within the Holderness Community Nursing Team for the Integrated Nursing and Conditions services within CHCP CIC. This position will be based at Withernsea Hospital. Hours available, up to full time.

Responsibilities

• Join an integrated community nursing team delivering holistic high quality nursing care to a dedicated client group in their own homes and residential settings.
• Work in partnership with associated health and social care providers.
• Develop new ways of working and work under own initiative.
• Travel across many sites within the Hull & East Riding area providing care in the community, using own vehicle; must have a UK driving licence with business use insurance; vehicle suitable for business purposes.

• Experience of community nursing is advantageous but not essential; full training, support and development provided.
• You must be able to travel safely and effectively; have insurance; own vehicle; driving licence.
