Homes2Inspire are looking for a compassionate, reflective and motivated Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Children and Young People Services team. In this role, you will provide debriefs after incidents, facilitate reflective practice (1:1 and group), offer wellbeing check-ins, and deliver training on proactive strategies to maintain resilience and confidence.

As a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner for Homes2Inspire, you will play a key part in promoting a supportive and open culture, helping colleagues to manage the emotional impact of their roles, and ensure they feel empowered, confident and well-equipped to provide the highest quality care and support to children and young people and create a positive, supportive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • + Allied health background or hold an equivalent qualification as recognised by an appropriate awarding professional body e.g. Psychotherapist registered with BACP, CBT Therapist registered with BACBCP, Mental Health Nurse registered with NMC.
  • + Experienced in delivering wellbeing, reflective practice, or staff support within health, social care, education or community settings.
  • + Knowledgeable about the challenges faced by professionals working with children and young people.
  • + Skilled in facilitating reflective practice, group sessions and training.
  • + Approachable, empathetic and able to build trust quickly.
  • + Confident working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • + Flexible in approach to meet the needs of colleagues across varied settings.
