Job description
Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Health and Social Care Assessor to deliver and coordinate the successful completion of Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care apprenticeships, for a well-established training provider.

This role is part-time, permanent - 3 days per week - flexible

With learners based in Stourbridge and the surrounding area, you will be based from home and responsible for supporting assessors in the delivery of HSC L2 & L3 to apprentices.

The role will require you to be involved in all aspects of the apprenticeship delivery (including Numeracy and Literacy), carrying out of assessments and liaising with Assessors, Learners, external verifiers and staff to maximise completions.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 HSC qualification and experience delivering health and social care apprenticeships to learners in the workplace.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Working closely with internal and external key stakeholders, while delivering a range of quality provisions, you will follow code of practice and or the agreed procedure for any awarding bodies.
  • Train, assess, motivate and support learners on programmes towards achieving their Level 2 and Level 3 HSC qualification
  • Ensure the highest standards of learner completions are met and to monitor candidate's progress, including carrying out regular progression reviews/additional support reviews.

  • Experience of working remotely from home - learner caseload located in Stourbridge and surrounding area
