Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional with a strong background in manufacturing? Do you have the drive and leadership capability to elevate safety standards and ensure full compliance on site?

We're looking for a proactive and committed Health & Safety Manager with proven experience in a manufacturing environment and a NEBOSH Certificate. You will bring a strong track record of developing and delivering effective safety strategies, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and guiding teams to maintain a safe and well‑managed working environment.

As a key leader within the safety function, you'll be responsible for overseeing risk assessments, upholding and continuously improving safety standards, and ensuring teams remain fully compliant with legislation and internal procedures. This is a hands‑on managerial role that requires strong communication skills, influential leadership, and the ability to build effective working relationships across the business to drive continuous improvement.

In this position, you will play a vital role in promoting a positive safety culture, encouraging proactive behaviours, and supporting teams to achieve the highest standards of health and safety performance.
