I'm working with a leading provider of compliance services who are looking to add a Health & Safety Advisor to their Manchester–based team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong Health & Safety knowledge and the confidence to work directly with business owners, helping them identify risks and protect their organisations.
As a Health & Safety Advisor – you'll conduct Health & Safety compliance reviews for a variety of businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Meeting virtually with business owners to understand how they currently manage Health & Safety.
  • Carrying out a full audit and producing a clear, professional evaluation report.
  • Highlighting risks and making tailored recommendations to strengthen compliance.
  • Engaging with clients across multiple industries, adapting your style to suit different businesses.
  • Showcasing the value of the organisation's wider H&S services while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a NEBOSH National General Certificate (or Level 3 H&S equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in a Health & Safety role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional, credible approach when engaging with business leaders.
  • Good IT skills and confidence in preparing professional reports.
