Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Head Waiter/Waitress to lead our front-of-house team in delivering outstanding dining experiences. The successful candidate will embody luxury hospitality values and maintain the highest standards of service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the restaurant service team, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Train and mentor junior staff members in fine dining service protocols
  • Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Manage restaurant operations during service periods
  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests with utmost professionalism
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Oversee wine service and maintain wine knowledge
  • Manage reservations and special events
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of restaurant supplies
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
  • Proven track record in leading front-of-house teams
  • Expert knowledge of food and wine service
  • Strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and service standards
  • WSET certification (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English is essential, additional languages beneficial
  • Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software
