A Head Pastry or strong Pastry Sous Chef is required for a stunning 4* hotel near Birmingham South. You will be responsible for all things pastry and lead a really enthusiastic pastry team.

Key Details
  • Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
  • Shifts: Straight shifts; mixture of day shifts and late shifts
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Location: Stunning 45 bedroom hotel near Birmingham
  • Team & Leadership: Flexible and approachable Exec Chef; leading a pastry team
  • Menu Input: Full input into menus (a la carte – afternoon tea – banqueting)
