Ottolenghi is looking for a passionate Head Pastry Chef to lead and inspire our pastry teams across NOPI and ROVI. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior role at the heart of our kitchens and shape the pastry offering for two of our flagship restaurants.

As our Head Pastry Chef, you’ll take ownership of the creative direction, development, and day-to-day delivery of our delicious pastries, desserts, and baked goods across both sites. You’ll collaborate closely with our Executive Chef and Head Chefs to ensure the pastry menu remains both bold and seasonal.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading, training, and motivating pastry teams at NOPI and ROVI
  • Designing and developing innovative dishes aligned with Ottolenghi’s flavour
  • Overseeing production, quality control, and consistency across both kitchens
  • Managing schedules, ordering, stock control, and section organisation
  • Supporting menu development, specials, and seasonal launches
  • Upholding exceptional standards of food safety, presentation, and communication
