Head of Year - Secondary School - Bradford

Salary: Dependant on experience

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or ambitious middle leader to join a supportive and forward-thinking team dedicated to raising aspirations and securing positive outcomes for all students.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the pastoral care, behaviour, and academic progress of a specific year group.
  • Work closely with form tutors, subject leaders, and senior staff to ensure students achieve their potential.

  • Be a visible, approachable, and proactive presence around the school.
  • Monitor data and implement strategies to raise achievement and close gaps.
