A leading software and systems service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Technical Support to lead and enhance their technical support function. This role involves managing a large team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in a technical support environment and proficiency in JIRA. The salary range for this position is £75,000 to £87,000 per year, plus benefits, including a bonus.
We are currently recruiting for a Head of Technical Support for an expanding software and systems service provider.
The main purpose of the role will be to lead and grow the technical support function ensuring excellent customer service and technical assistance. You will lead support operations and manage a large team ensuring the delivery of both software and electro‑mechanical support functions.
You will encourage continuous improvement and develop processes and tools in the team.
As well as operational management you will also develop and improve your team as well as produce reporting and insights on performance.

The role will be office based 2-3 days per week and 2-3 days from home.
The package on offer is £75,000 – £87,000 per year plus benefits including bonus.
