A leading media company located in Greater London is seeking a strategic sales leader to drive significant digital revenue growth. The ideal candidate will design and launch innovative advertising propositions and develop partnerships with Tier 1 and 2 advertisers. Responsibilities include delivering net-new ad revenue, leading high-impact pitches, and shaping new commercial models. The role demands strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the UK agency landscape, and the ability to collaborate across teams, fostering a culture of innovation and success.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we see significant untapped opportunities to create new, high-margin revenue streams. These include strategic partnerships, scalable premium advertising propositions, data-led commercial models and new ways to engage demand.
We’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial sales leader to own and deliver this growth. You’ll design and launch new advertising propositions, develop innovative digital commercial models, and build upstream partnerships with Tier 1 and 2 advertisers, working closely with Client, Product, Data and Insight teams.
This role is critical to keeping The Telegraph at the forefront of digital advertising innovation, turning market opportunity into commercial impact at pace.
