I am working with a boutique group of high-end restaurants, seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing to elevate their brand and grow our clientele.You will lead sales and marketing strategy across the venues, driving private dining and events, building partnerships, increase brand visibility, and attract high-value clientele across multiple venues.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute sales & marketing plans to drive revenue
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, partners, and VIP guests
  • Oversee digital, PR, and social campaigns
  • Maximise opportunities in private dining, events, and group sales
  • Manage budgets, performance metrics, and ROI across all marketing channels

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales and marketing within high-end hospitality and events
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver measurable results
  • Established network within the hospitality, luxury, and corporate sectors
