Overview

HEAD OF RETAIL PRICING | Build from the Ground Up

Our client is building something bold — and we need a pricing leader to help shape it. Global insurance business is launching a new retail division and is seeking an experienced pricing retail actuary who understands the MGA / broker channel market. You will drive strategy, build a team, and influence underwriting across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Own pricing across non-standard Home, Pet, Equine, Motor, and SME
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO, Underwriting Manager, and Chief Actuary
  • Help select the tech stack
  • Hire and lead a team from day one
  • Shape how the business grows to £300M+ in the next 3 years
  • You’ll be deeply embedded in both the technical and commercial sides of the business
Qualifications
  • Strong pricing background in personal lines / SME
  • Experience with MGAs, broker channels or aggregator models
  • Hands-on, strategic, and confident talking directly with execs & brokers
  • A builder – not afraid to roll up their sleeves and grow something from day one
Work Arrangement

Hybrid working: 3 days in our London office but flexibility when needed.
