Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Nursing to lead our nursing teams across the hospital inpatient wards, Day Surgical Pathway, Pre-assessment, OPD Nursing. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the CNO and offers the opportunity to:

  • Provide visible inspiring leadership and ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, compassionate care.
  • Drive strategic initiatives, workforce planning and digital transformation.
  • Oversee patient safety, clinical governance, regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
