A leading luxury department store in London is seeking a Head of Merchandising to set and deliver the merchandising vision. The role involves leading a talented team and collaborating with various departments to achieve commercial goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, experience in merchandising or supply chain, and a strategic mindset. This hybrid role requires at least three days at the Knightsbridge store.
As Head of Merchandising, you’ll report to the Merchandise Director and take ownership of setting and delivering the merchandising vision across all channels. You’ll manage a talented team of Merchandising Managers, Merchandisers and Demand Planners, while working closely with Buying Directors, Supply Chain, Finance and IT to ensure seamless delivery of commercial goals.

You will be a commercially astute leader with proven experience in merchandising or supply chain, ideally within a multi-brand retail environment. You’ll bring the ability to balance strategic vision with operational delivery, and inspire those around you to achieve exceptional results.
